Web browsers update their code frequently, which affects the brand new technology of 3D websites. A2Z Smart Group LLC works hard to make changes as needed to accomodate these updates, but if you log in and find yourself having issues, try the other browser.
Odds are, your first choice updated overnight and our developers are on the job making adjustments.
CHECK YOUR HARDWARE ACCELERATION SETTINGS If you are having trouble with movement, please check your Hardware Acceleration Settings. In Chrome:
1. Put this in your URL Bar: chrome://settings/
2. Scroll down and open the Advanced Settings
3. Scroll down to System section. Turn Hardware Acceleration ON.
The two browsers leading the way for compatibility with 3D Websites and Virtual Worlds in a Browser are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
A Non-Avatar world allows you to enter and go as a complete solo 3D experience. No log-in is required. These types of 3D websites can easily be hosted and embedded on your own website with no connection to our 3DWebWorldz regions.
An Avatar world requires a user or guest log-in.
This small extra step allows you to access additional tools like world and private chat, voice, profiles, home location, advanced meeting tools, etc., as well as access to all public regions in 3DWebWorldz.
Whether you choose to communicate with others or not, some people prefer this experience. Guest users can choose a username or remain completely anonymous.
Personal Avatar 3D Websites can also be embedded on your own website with no connection into 3DWebWorldz, but most clients prefer to host with us and embed into their own websites due to the technical requirements.
We are currently working with teachers to get a set class schedule.
For now, check out our self-learning environments.
If you have an idea for a self-learning environment that you would like to see in our school, contact us at our HELPDESK.
We are currently signing up teachers to beta test our classroom environments.
There are a variety of teacher tools available to you, including your own classroom, private voice channel, whiteboard, chalkboard, etc. You can even use our advanced tools set to access video chat if needed.

Technically speaking, 3DWebWorldz is a 3DWebsite; however, many of our regions and projects are also Virtual Worlds in a Web Browser.
This is different from a "Classic Virtual World" as we know it because there is no need to download any additional software...BUT, you do need a decent internet speed and graphics card for a smooth experience.
We also recommend an up-to-date Chrome or Firefox Browser.
If you want to take the experience further and enter a classic virtual world, check out our Virtual World Education region. We'll teach you how to visit our mirror worlds on OpenSim.Life
The 3DWebWorldz Meeting Tools takes your 3D Virtual meeting to another level. The Meeting Tools can be accessed using the buttons at the top left of the screen: Meeting Tools.

It is your "focus point".
Use your mouse and navigation keys to focus the circle over items to interact with them.
To access elevator controls, hover your red focus circle over the elevator buttons. You will either immediately transport or be asked to confirm your teleport choice.
There are three types of doors:
1. Doors that open when you focus on them. (Many require focus point on the door handles.)
2. Doors that are locked and prevent your entrance or exit.
3. Collision doors that will teleport you to the next room. Collision doors are most often found as a double door set. Open the first set of doors by focusing on them and then run into the set behind them.
Right now we are searching for artists that wish to share their work. 3D Websites are brand new. Be one of the first to have a gallery, not only in our 3DWebWorldz, but embedded in your own website.
For more information, please contact our HELPDESK.
A LEGACY GALLERY is a collection of works that have been sold or are no longer available for purchase. It allows artists to show their work in a gallery setting, even though the actual physical collection may be spread over thousands of miles.
Have a collection of your own that is only available via digital photographs? We can help you turn them into a 3D Art Gallery Experience. Receive exposure through 3DWebWorldz.com, MyArtGallery3d.com AND get a 3D Art Gallery of your own to embed in your own website.
Contact our HELPDESK for more information.
A MEMORIAL GALLERY is a great way to share the works of a loved one that is no longer with us.
If you would like to pay tribute to an artist by helping their work live on, we would like to help you do just that.
We will help you transform your photographs into a unique gallery experience. Contact our Helpdesk for more information.
You must be logged into 3DWebWorldz.com system (as a guest or user) to participate in the concerts -- it's a technical thing, BUT it's easy.
Click the SIGN IN button and follow the instructions.

Our New Dynamic System provides region credits for each world from the Inworld Tools Region Credits Button.
Hovering over some items or objects will open a window in the middle of your screen, providing you with options or information.
TO ENGAGE options inside the WindowPop, hit ESCAPE to exit navigation and regain cursor control.
Hovering your focus point over some items/objects will offer a teleport to a different 3DWebWorldz region, and sometimes to an external web link.
Both options will ask you to confirm your choice by clicking the OK button. If you do not want to accept the request, simply click cancel.
Voice is provided in 3DWebWorldz regions by clicking the JOIN VOICE button at the bottom left of your world window. You must click the button to both HEAR and PARTICIPATE in the conversation.
If you want to listen, but not talk, click the Join Voice button and then the MUTE button.
Every region is on it's own "channel".
If you are having issues with voice, first make sure you are all on the same channel. Your current voice channel is listed above the MUTE/UNMUTE option.
Channels are created for each region. If you are in the wrong channel, the following actions will fix the issue:
a) reload the world (Menu Info button / Reload the World);
b) reload the browser,
c) log out and log back in.
If you have confirmed you are all on the same channel, try the RELOAD VOICE CHANNEL button.
If you continue to have trouble, please report the issue to the A2Z Smart Group Help Desk.
For additional voice conferencing and video conferencing options, please take a look at our Advanced Meeting Tools.
Users that are available for chat are listed in the pop-up at the bottom right of your world screen. You can change your own availability by clicking the area above the name list.
